Founded in 1978 in Tallahassee, FL, Riley Palmer Construction Co., Inc. (RPCC) began with a simple vision: to transform homes through quality craftsmanship. Over the decades, we grew from a small, local operation into a trusted name in both commercial and residential construction across North Florida and South Georgia. Riley sold his interest in RPCC to his son-in-law and longtime partner, and the business’ success continues today.

In 2015, Riley and Jordan Palmer expanded the family legacy by entering the Santa Rosa Beach market, where they partnered with Gina Garcia to establish Palmer Construction Management, LLC (PCM). Since then, PCM has significantly grown its presence, delivering hundreds of thousands of square feet of new construction projects in Walton and Bay Counties.
